  The point I'm trying to make (and to get back to the original subject) is that by providing optional time and "accuracy" values (actually, uncertainty at some a commonly agreed to confidence level [Stuard, Doug] If it were deemed necessary to support different confidence values, perhaps confidence could be third optional parameter. If not included, a default of 90% (just a wild stab) would be assumed.
